STEVE HARDING LSSM/BTEC Dip., MISRM, ACA, BA (Hons)

Steve's passion for bodywork began in 2002 when he attended an introductory Sports and Remedial Massage course with the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). The LSSM/BTEC diploma course followed with Steve qualifying with honours in early 2004. Since qualification Steve has worked in physiotherapy clinics in both central London and in Epsom, Surrey where his clients have ranged from recreational to professional sportspeople plus professional dancers and actors from both the Royal Ballet and London's West End.

In 2006 Steve discovered Thai Yoga Massage and he became a certified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist after completing Mudita Thai Yoga's intensive training course in the Kao Sok National Park, Thailand.

In 2010 Steve decided to diversify his services and completed training in Face and Body Waxing and Male Intimate Waxing with Andy Rouillard at Axiom Bodyworks, the UK's leading training provider for male body waxing.

In 2012 Steve was proud to be selected as a London 2012 Games Maker offering Sports Massage services at the Aquatics Centre and Water Polo Arena in the Olympic Park during the London 2012 Olympics. Steve was part of a multi-disciplinary venue medical team and he was responsible for treating a wide range of athletes from countries as diverse as Egypt and Bahrain as well as the entire swimming team of the Federated States of Micronesia!

In 2017 graduated as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher from the Centre for Mindfulness Research & Practice at Bangor University. Steve offers a range of mindfulness courses in Epsom - see www.meditationsurrey.co.uk for more details.

Steve is a fully insured member of both the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage, a requirement of which is to hold a current First Aid certificate.

Steve is a keen runner and competes regularly in 10K events, having also completed the Royal Parks Half Marathon in 2018.

In his previous professional life, Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and then spent much of his finance career in the heady world of TV broadcasting and production.
